Making the website work harder as a sales tool

Challenge

Design and build a contemporary website for the luxury kitchen manufacturer Roundhouse to improve search performance (findability) and increase enquiries (lead generation) through to the sales team. Requirements included responsive design, CMS, search engine optimised and integrate eCRM email transmission tool.

Idea

Roundhouse kitchens are beautifully designed and manufactured so our approach was a highly visual design and to dramatise the “Roundhouse experience” to convey premium positioning of the brand, service and product. Clear CTA’s were place to funnel users to request a brochure, book a design meeting and find a store to deliver gen data and sales enquiries.

Results

Improved engagement, user experience and user funneling into a sales action. Roundhouse web statistics improved significantly in terms of quality traffic from improved search ranking, reduced bounce rate, increase page views / time on site and lead gen data capture. The ultimate success has been an increase in sales meeting converting through to orders since the new site launch.
